Residential area in the Rokko base and Matsugaoka Nishinomiya city.
The town where history blessed with nature and geographical conditions also has time Hanshin in particular at the inside.
There is a site in one corner in this area where the peculiar culture as "Hanshin modernism" grown by a businessman, an artist and scholars and others is animated from Meiji.
A first plan was a Japanese two-storied building duplex house, but it was to build each a pro-household and a child household in the said site as a result of the meeting.
This time was based on a tastefully-designed cottage for a pro-household, it was to go and propose some space.
The gentle appearance which can harmonize with the entourage who show off lofty power, not a poise and nature is smart for the Japanese stance and something as appearance.
Main gate omits wasteful decoration, composes simply and makes the guest who visits associate an image to the internal space, and an uplift sense is given to feeling.
How is the climate of Japan confronted with this because it has many varieties through one year? When wishing for the north more than a living room, a rafter of the hinoki arranged in the slope ceiling invites its eyes to a garden gently. The pine tree which has watched the family more than the old days would keep adjourning beyond time and watching the family still changing ahead of the eyes. A breeze and a flash are welcomed in northern and southern a series of flow, and a boundary line in the inside and outside of the country is fading gradually.
