KSS Architects

KSS Architects is a full-service architecture, planning, and interior design firm. Since our founding in 1983, we have built an impressive portfolio of work for clients who are leaders in education, land development, commercial real estate, and corporate environments.

We are committed to high quality design and state-of-the-art technical solutions. We structure our firm to streamline decision making while utilizing the expertise of our 40+ team members, many of whom are LEED Accredited Professionals. One of our six partners leads each project, but consults regularly with other partners and team members to give everyone the opportunity to contribute their specialized knowledge.

Our designs have received many awards and are often featured in national and regional publications. We are professional but low key, and though we're busy, we're not uptight. We are not a corporate firm, where a handful of people often are inaccessible to everyone below them. We help and support each other.

Our dedication to collaboration extends to our clients. Projects, like people, are dynamic. Site conditions, client needs and construction logistics affect them, and we may need to tweak our designs again and again. But we never give up.
