Lecture: Taro Igarashi

Igarashi Taro is a Professor at Tohoku University in Sendai, Japan.
He was the director of the Japanese section for the Lisbon Architecture Triennale in 2007, commissioner for the Japanese pavilion at the 10th International Architecture Exhibition Biennale in Venice in 2008, and artistic director for the upcoming the Aichi Triennale in 2013.

Taro is the author of numerous publications including “Perspective of contemporary architecture”, (2005),”Invisible earthquake”, (2006), “The birth of wedding chapel”, (2007),“Architecture and Music”, (2008),” “Architecture and Cinema”, (2009),”Future cities which we imagined once”, (2010).
